First off Remove both front wheels and put up on axle stands, This make life so much easier rather than struggling like a muppetWhistle

First off you will need to partly remove inner arch liner,

To do this remove the 2 screws at the bottom, These are Torx screws. (i have removed them already so you can see where they are)

Next off is the clips that hold the liner in,

Best to remove these by a bottle nosed pair of pliers, grab and pull

Now you can get at the bumper mounts.

They are a b*tch to photograph whilst on the car so you will have to bear with me while i show you random photos with it on and off

Ok, First easy mount is at the top of the bumper just under the wings, Its a big white rubber mount with a single 10mm head on it, All you need to do is loosen it off

This mount is the easy one, All you do is slacken the bolt and the mount free's up and you can slide the whole thing off

Next up is the 2 bolts that hold the bumper to the front slam panel,

The passenger side are easily spotted,
The drivers you have to move the big loom out the way, You will see what i mean when your under there

This is the drivers side.

And the lower right nut, The other is on at the higher left corner

Whilst off its onlt 3 8mm bolts to change the fogs and 5 mins to give the bumper a proper scrub

Its as easy to put back together as it is to take off
