You will indeed be needing 8's for the high boost. ![]() ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone ![]() |

Not sure I agree 7's will be fine Mabz, Birk killed 3 supercharged engines because he was running plugs which were too hot. Deffo 8's as that is what it has been mapped for and anything hotter is just to risky IMO. ![]() ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone ![]() |

Birk was running standard plugs though. The low boosts run fine all day long on 7s and if anything it's more important on those.http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=128248 That said, no-one seems to have had any problems with the 8s coking up when using S/C engines in less extreme situations (but then who pootles about in an S/C 306?!) ________________________________________ Rich |
