Got laquer peeling off my cherry red rallyes bonnet so instead of getting it resprayed, was looking at getting a black bonnet and doing the mirrors and spoiler in gloss black to add to it!Anyone done this with their red 306? |

Dennis has a Matt black FG bonnet on his rallye(pictured above), mine will soon be sporting a matt black bonnet/boot/roof, may paint it gloss black instead tho to brighten it up. ________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

If you are going for that sort of look matt black will look best. IMO it will need bonnet pins (like above) to finish it off.________________________________________ Racing driver, fighter pilot, astronaut, compulsive liar. |

It's only due to the fact I don't wanna get it resprayed due to cost and the new cherry red paint would probably be brighter than the existing paintwork!Chris, what's this bonnet you got for sale like? |

Its one of these pics thats a decent pic of it, but were taking to long to load up on this slow connection so i just stuck the 3 up.Got the normal stone chips and could do with a light polish as few light scratches, but is still very red! ![]() ![]() ![]() ________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

And it's just a normal metal bonnet? Do the pins connect up to something? Whereabouts are you? |

I know it's not a Gti-6 but it's still cherry red, I had a bit of a bump in my old 306 due to a police car driving WITHOUT due care and caution ![]() ![]() ![]() ________________________________________ Ex Bianca 6 Owner R.I.PMazda RX7 FD3s - Daily... |

you would need to fit the pins to your slam panel, i used holes that were there already and didnt need to drill new holes, im in Perth Scotland which is other end of the world so no use!________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |
