also, the battery symbol on the dash is on once engine is started. When mine had the above it was blowing a fuse constantly - i would suggest you are checking the wrong fuse. There is a lot on that circuit but i'm sure its a 15A as i recall trying a 20 when i was fault finding.The item at fault will almost certainly be the blue relay in the tailgate for the rear wiper. It will be green on the terminals. Edit: Fuse 28 iirc If it's blown, unplug the rear wiper relay before replacing it or it'll just pop again as the wiper tries to start.
